This is one of my favorite quotes from The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe by C.S. Lewis. I did this with watercolor — using the colors I think of when I dream of being by the ocean. What C.S. Lewis says right afterwards is wonderful, too: “And oh, the cry of the seagulls! Have you ever heard it? Can you remember?”
